IMPORTANT UPDATES: 22 August 2008

Please see http://ocp.usshorizon.net for the latest info & totals for OCP.

We do not plan to abandon this, our main web site.  This site was put together in a format we can no longer maintain and we will be working over the next two months to change it to a newer and easier to maintain site.  During this time, the best location for OCP info and totals will be the alternate site.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

We have had a second physical move in a little over a year.  I know you may wonder why so many moves?  I am the OCP's only source of funding, which runs into the thousands of dollars most years.  As you may suspect, I must work to support our habit and am moving to follow my job.  As with all moves, there are difficulties and problems that one cannot plan for and in this last move we found the one place to live in St. Louis, MO where the internet access did not work for our application.  We apologize for the delays this has caused but we did not have access from Feb 2008 until Aug 2008.  I will be working on catching up the email and our web sites as quickly as possible but please keep in mind that I must work to pay for all of this also.

The following bases have been closed !  Bad Aibling, Darmstadt, Giessen, and Kitzigen.  The Naples base is still open but we have a problem with the address so please use another base for donations until we resolve this issue.  Thanks for your patience.

The 2007 totals are pretty much done.  Please let us know if there is a problem with your totals.  We will be happy to correct the deficiency.

Our GENERAL WELCOME!

Welcome to the OCP.  Our program serves military families by assisting you to forward "manufacturer's coupons" to overseas military bases.  These bundles of coupons are placed on tables, at the PX and Commissary, or handed out for use by military members and families on base.  This helps the family save valuable dollars and stretch their budget.  Your totals are listed at our site.

This is not a tax deductible charity.  This is a patriotic charity.  You are supporting the service person and their family by sending coupons that you do not use, and all of the extra ones that you can find, to them.  The service pay rates are no longer below the poverty level, but they are in no way great.  They appreciate your assistance.

Our charity is run by a few volunteers.  We spend a lot of our free time to support this worthy cause and care very much about our cause.  Please keep in mind that we also have personal lives that require our attention.  At times we may be absent to attend to personal affairs but we have not abandoned the program.  We will be back soon.  Please be patient.  For information on the program please choose a link to the left.

Thanks for your interest and your support!
